Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order and does not guarantee availability. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email or telephone to suggest an alternative or issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or change product availability. Customers will be informed of cancellations in advance, and any payment made will be refunded.

Returns

If an item is unsuitable, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are made within 14 days of receipt.
  • A completed returns form is included in the parcel.

Download the returns form from our website. Items returned without a completed form may face delays in processing. Customers bear the cost of return shipping, and re-delivery charges apply for exchanges.

Please note:

  • Jewelry and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Refunds cover the cost of goods only and exclude shipping charges.
  • Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

We aim to process refunds within 28 days of receiving the returned parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Promotions and Delivery

If returning a product results in your order value dropping below the free delivery threshold, a £5.95 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

For promotional items, the full set must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
