At Reload Mens Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Easy Returns, Reload Style

To ensure a hassle-free return, please follow these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • A completed return form must accompany your return. You can download the form from our website.

How to Return

  1. Fill out the return form and include it with the items you wish to return.
  2. Pack securely using the original packaging.
  3. Ship your return using a trackable service (we recommend a second-class recorded/tracked option).

Return Costs

  • The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, re-delivery charges will not apply.
  • You can also bring the product back to our store for a quick exchange if the size and product is available.

Processing Returns

  • Returns are typically processed within 2-5 days of recieving the items.
  • You'll receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.
  • Your refund will be deposited into your bank account within 4-6 working days, as banks may take some time to process.

Incorrect Items

If you've received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at sales@reloadmensclothing.com for guidance on returning it.

    Promotional Delivery

    If returning an item changes your order total below the amount required for free delivery, a delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

    Example:
    If you received free delivery on a £80 order and return an item for a refund, leaving a total of £75, a delivery charge (£4.99 which is the standert delivery charge) will be deducted since the new total doesn't qualify for free delivery.

    We recommend keeping your order confirmation email for reference. It will help you check if your remaining order qualifies for free delivery.
